Refund and Returns Policy

At SNA BAKEHOUSE, all our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared, customized, and perishable in nature. Every order is made specially for your celebration, and therefore we follow a clear cancellation and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality standards.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Since all products are made-to-order and customized, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance:
    • Regular Cakes: Minimum 1 day prior notice
    • Large / Special / Custom Cakes: Minimum 2 days prior notice
  • Orders already in preparation or completed cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation, customers must email:

“Cancellation Request”

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Contact details

Cancellation requests without proper details may not be processed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only for approved cancellations or genuine service issues.
  • A 5% cancellation processing charge may be applicable on eligible refunds.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Timeline

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days from confirmation.
  • The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Modification Policy

  • Minor modifications (message, flavor, or delivery time) may be allowed if requested early.
  • Major design changes are not possible once the cake preparation has started.

6. Company Rights

SNA BAKEHOUSE reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline cancellation requests based on preparation status
  • Offer alternative solutions such as rescheduling or store credit (if applicable)
  • Take final decision in case of disputes related to orders, refunds, or cancellations

7. Important Notes

  • All products are freshly prepared and perishable, therefore cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Partial or full consumption of products makes them non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or external factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
